In the “Companies for Democracy” network, participating businesses live up to their shared responsibility for a functioning Swiss democracy. They do so, among other things, through workshops for their apprentices.

Since 2022, “Let’s Talk” has been fostering dialogue between people with opposing views. We are currently supporting municipalities in facilitating conversations on polarizing topics – for more understanding and fewer political deadlocks.
