A functioning democracy depends on building bridges between opposing viewpoints and dealing with conflict and divisive issues constructively. Since 2022, “Let’s Talk” has brought people with different opinions into dialogue. In our current pilot project (2024–2025), we support municipalities in developing and implementing dialogue processes on polarizing local political issues. The format helps pro and contra camps return to constructive conversation, enhances understanding of different positions and lived realities, and gets blocked political processes moving again. The project is run in cooperation with the Swiss Mediation Association FSM and financially supported by SGG, the 3FO Foundation, and Migros Culture Percentage.
