A functioning democracy requires the ability to listen to each other, to treat other opinions with respect and openness and to develop new ideas and solutions together through dialogue.
Sarah is Co-Project Lead for Dialogue Formats at Pro Futuris, a facilitator of participatory processes and mediator specializing in public and organizational mediation. She has many years of experience designing and facilitating dialogue and multi-stakeholder formats, including co-leading the process design and facilitation of Switzerland’s first two national citizen assemblies. In addition to her work at Pro Futuris, she is self-employed.
